Healthy Kids Day is a national program sponsored by the YMCA. In Charlotte, NC, the Julian Brown Memorial Fund works with the “Y” to sponsor a Soccer Clinic. The cost of the clinic, after fees for all services have been factored, is about $100.00 per child. The Clinic is offered free of charge to all, and was conceived as an introduction to the sport of soccer, and the healthy lifestyle that accompanies it.
