U.S. Supreme Court Hears Brown v Goodyear
Julian Brown and Matt Helms died as a result of injuries sustained in a bus accident outside Paris in April 2004, following their U-14 North Carolina Olympic Development Soccer Team's participation in an international tournament.  Several of their teammates were severely injured but survived. Julian and Matt were 13 years old at the time of their death.
